Victoria Nuggets off to a great start in 2010

The Victoria Nuggets competed in the SILVA National Orienteering League Round 1 races on home ground over the weekend.

Kathryn Ewels (Senior Elite Women) and Leon Keely (Junior Elite Men) had great starts with wins in race 1 against the best orienteers in Australia.

It was a great team effort, including a high place in the team's scoring for the Mixed Relay, due to a strong depth of runners from Victoria.
