SILVA NOL Mixed Relay Registration Form

Here is the Mixed Relay Registration Form.

Please note that NOL managers must specify their teams in each division and the SI cards that will be used by each runner using this form by Wednesday evening, 3 March to eurekao@tpg.com.au .  Further details are contained in the attached form.  If you have any questions, please contact Blake Gordon from Eureka Orienteers.
