The Silva DuO at Gembrook is on next Sunday, February 28.

All is in readiness for the Silva DuO Race 2 at Gembrook. The run legs will take place in and around the Gilwell Park Scout Camp with runners advised to use the tracks and paths around the camp rather than risk going through the bush which is thick with sword grass and prickles. The bike leg ventures out into the Kurth Kiln Forest where the tracks are fast and flowing at the moment, so we expect some good times for the bike leg.

Relay teams are back. Due to popular demand, we have brought back the entry option of a relay team – 1 runner and 1 rider. So if you want to run or ride only, find yourself a partner to do the other leg, and enter as a relay team. If you need assistance finding a partner, email silvaduo@gmail.com and we'll try and match you up – or ring Peter on 0409 797 023.

You can also enter as an Individual, or as a Pair (both competitors complete the entire course together).

We will also take bike only entries but we will try and match you up with a runner to complete a full relay team.

Each race has a Long and a Short course.

There are great winner’s and spot prizes up for grabs.
